Garden of the Gods Park is a 1319 acre registered National Natural Landmark of both scenic splendor and recreational opportunities. Imagine dramatic views, 300-foot towering sandstone rock formations against a backdrop of snow-capped Pikes Peak. Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center is the gateway to the Park offering free park maps, guided bus tours ($5/adults, $2.50/children; summer only), and nature walks.

This world class Visitor Center offers an educational, 14-minute, HD multimedia show: "How Did Those Red Rocks Get There?”. The show includes fascinating cultural & geological history of the area and makes you feel like an eyewitness to the formation of the Park. ($5/adults, $3/children).

Enjoy over 30 state-of-the-art interactive exhibits including the world’s only Theophytalia kerri fossil, discovered in Garden of the Gods Park in 1878.

Choose Colorado made items from two large, distinctive gift shops offering Native American pottery and a variety of custom souvenirs. Delight in one of the most photographed views in Colorado while eating in the glassed in cafe or from the terrace overlooking the Park. Where else can you eat inside a postcard? Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center is located directly across the street from the Parks’ main entrance at 1805 North 30th Street, just minutes from downtown Colorado Springs. Open daily except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
