As you probably already know, we spent Friday night in Colorado Springs. We decided to reserve a room at Days Inn which is located at 8350 Razorback Road. I called the motel on Tuesday to set up reservations. The phone was answered by a lovely lady named Anna. We set up the reservations at that time.
On Friday morning, we left Leoti early so that we could do more things in the Springs. After we ate breakfast at our favorite Cracker Barrel, we drove just a few feet to Days Inn so that we could pay for our room. It was at that time that we met Ms. Anna for the first time. Her assistant, Jayme, was there also. Both of these ladies were fantaastic! We've stayed in many hotels throughout the years but we have NEVER been treated so well by the other employees of other places. Both ladies were extremely helpful. Given the fact at how well we all got along, it seemed as if we were all old friends.
Our room was on the third floor. When we arrived, we noticed that there was definitely no need to do a white glove test. Everything was spotless and dust-free. We immediately felt right at home!
The motel has an indoor pool with attached jacuzzi that the girls loved! A fine elavator is available to take you from floor to floor. This is a motel that allows pets to stay. We just had to pay a $10.00 fee so that our Chloe could stay in the room with us.
If you will be in the Colorado Springs area, we highly recommend Days Inn! Everything is spic and span and the employees who work there go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
I thoroughly enjoyed getting to visit with Anna and Jayme! They both had beautiful stories to tell. As a matter-of-fact, Jayme is planning on sending me information on how she met the love of her life not long ago. He is a soldier and will be deploying soon. Before he leaves, the two will be married. I look forward to receiving their story!
