Hot Caramel Dip (CROCKPOT)

This recipe makes about 3 cups of dip.

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1 cup brown sugar

1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand, etc.)

1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)

apple slices

In a large saucepan, mix all ingredients together EXCEPT for the apples. Bring to a boil.

Pour into your crockpot. Set on LOW.

Dip the dip into small bowls for everyone who wants some. Serve it with apple slices.
