Water World in Denver, Colorado

A couple of years ago, we took Mama and both of our daughters to Denver's Water World. We had a total BLAST there!!! Word of advice: Go early and expect to stay all day. It is almost impossible to get to try out all of the slides, rapids, wave pools, etc in just one visit. Lynn

Water World has been cooling off Denver for 30 years with waterslides galore. The theme park boasts 47 water attractions, making it one of the nation's largest water parks.

Water World's wave pool, Thunder Bay, crests to popularity at the park with 1.8 million gallons of water. The Lazy River also meanders through the park with 1,000 feet of water, creating a relaxing ride for all ages.
