No-Bake Peanutty Clusters

This recipe requires only 3 ingredients and no baking! This recipe makes 3 dozen sweet treats.

1. One 12 ounce bag (2 cups) of semisweet chocolate chips OR milk chocolate chips OR butterscotch chips. Your choice.

2. 2 cups of chow mein noodles or any ready to eat cereal such as Rice Krispies, etc.

3. 1 cup peanuts

1. In a large microwaveable bowl, microwave the chips of your choice on HIGH uncovered for one minute, stirring after 30 seconds until softened, stir until smooth. (If not completely softened, continue microwaving 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each microwave time, until smooth.)

2. Stir noodles and peanuts into chocolate until well-coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Store covered in refrigerator.
