D and J Shows of Dodge City will be providing the carnival rides. You can purchase an arm band at the Scott County Extension Office until July 19th for $15.00 each. Aftr that, you can purchase them at the extension office under the grandstand on July 20th through the 21st. At that time, they will cost $20.00 each. As I understand it, a new band needs to be purchased for each day that the person will be riding the rides.
