I just heard from Lori. She has just been admitted to the KU Medical Center in Kansas City. Her room number is 5112. So far, no tests have been done but she has been given morphine to combat the intense pain that she is in. When I spoke to her, the medication had taken effect and was causing a great deal of sleepiness.
Someone asked me about sending flowers or plants. Let me tell you, she would absolutely LOVE that! If you are interested in doing that, please call your local flower shop and request that an item of a certain cost be sent to the med center. Your flower shop will take care of everything for you.
Thank you sooo much!!! As soon as I know more, I will post it here. It is so much easier for me to do that instead of making alot of calls.
