This year, Halloween returns to town on Sunday, October 31st. I am wondering if people are planning on tricking-and-treating on Saturday or Sunday? Given the fact that I literally HATE Halloween, I could do without the holiday but that isn't fair to those who get a big bang out of it. As far as our family is concerned, we are hoping that it will be celebrated on Saturday, October 30th.
