This will be held tomorrow, March 6th, at 3:00 p.m. It will be held in the auditorium of the Pauline Joyce Fine Arts Building at Garden City Community College. The festival will be headlined by Former Wichita County Schools Band director, Clint Raynes. (He is G-R-REAT!!!) Other headliners will be Allen Hess, Chris and Makenzi Johnson.
