Fettucini Alfredo (EASY)

Here's a great easy dish that you can serve your family and guests!

Serves 4-6 people.

6 tablespoons butter

1 1/2 cup whipping cream (not like Cool Whip)

3-4 cups COOKED fettucini noodles

1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste

Prepare your noodles as directed on their package.

While they are cooking, melt the butter in a large saucepan until lightly browned. Add 1/2 cup of the cream. Boil rapidly until the bubbles are shiny. Stir occassionally. Reduce heat to MEDIUM.

Add the cooked noodles to the sauce. Stir. Add the remainder of the cream and cheese a little at a time. Stir well. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.

Serve immediately.

Note: Noodles should be kept moist but not liquidy.
