Relish Starring CRANBERRIES!!!

1 pound of fresh cranberries; sorted and rinsed

3 naval oranges; peeled

1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Place the cranberries, oranges and sugar into your food processer. Grind until the cranberries are evenly chopped. DO NOT over-process because the relish will be too liquidy. (When it is at a good point, a tablespoon of it will be mounded in the middle without it being drippy.) Stir in the nuts if you want them in the relish. Pour this relish into a pretty serving dish. Chill until ready to serve!
