Thanksgiving Traditions--Tried and True

I would like to ask you to comment on what your Thanksgiving traditions are that are important to you and your family. If you are willing to share those with us, please leave your comments under this post or send me an email to slblaus@gmail.com .

For us, we always seem to have WAY TOO MUCH food!!! We all continue to nimble on it all day long!

We are extremely fortunate to have MOST of our closest and dearest with us on each Thanksgiving.

We are always thrilled to add our new loves to our Thanksgivings such as new spouses, babies, etc.

Every Thanksgiving afternoon, we pull out our most favorite Christmas movie DVDs and/or family games that we play around the dining room table.

Unfortunately, Stan will not be able to join us for Thanksgiving this year as he will have to work. No matter what, the hogs need to eat anyway! We'll celebrate with him tomorrow evening!

Guests who will be sitting around our large dining room table are Grandma (Neva Kiefer-Duncan), Mama (Donna Lou Pepper-Elder), Leif, Lori and Lars Christensen, Lona Sue and Hunter Carson, Adam, Mel, Leighlyn, Abigayle and me. We'll be looking forward to Stan joining us tomorrow evening!

Our family wishes you a holiday full of love, family, warm memories from yesteryear as well as memories that will be formed for next year, etc...

From all of us to all of you!

VLE-B
