Homemade Spiced Tea Mix

This recipe makes 3 1/2 cups of mixture that will make 64 servings. It must be kept in an airtight container such as Tupperware when not being used. It is great to give as gifts or to keep for yourself! Keep some cinnamon sticks on hand that your guests can use to stir their tea with.

1 1/2 cup instant tea powder such as Lipton or Nestea

2 cups TANG or other orange-flavored instant breakfast drink powder

1 3-ounce package lemonade mix such as Kool-Aid or Wylers

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground cloves

3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Cinnamon sticks (optional)

In mixing bowl, place all ingredients. Blend very well. Pour the mixture into an airtight container.

CAUTION: NEVER allow children who are under 10-years-old to handle boiling water!!!

To make one cup, place 2 teaspoons of the mix into a coffee cup or mug. Add boiling water, stir. Place a cinnamon stick in each cup if you want to.
