1 15 ounce can whole kernel corn; drained
1/4 cup salsa
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
4 to 8 ounces of shredded cheddar or cojak cheese

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Grease a 9" x 13" OR a 10" x 15" pan. Set aside. In a large skillet over MEDIUM heat, combine the ground beef, onion and celery. Saute for 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in the taco mix. No water is necessary. Set aside. In a large saucepan, cook the noodles according to it's package's directions. Once tender, drain off all of the water. Stir in the meat mixture, chili, tomatoes, corn, and salsa. Mix well.
