Enchilada Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 pounds hamburger
1 chopped onion
4 tablespoons picante sauce
2 packages sharp cheddar cheese
flour or corn tortillas
4 cans mild enchilada sauce

Cook hamburger with onion; drain off fat. The onions should be clear when this is ready for the next ingredients. Add the picante sauce.
In your greased 9" x 13" pan, place part of your enchilada sauce.
On the next layer, place flattened tortillas.
Place some of the hamburger mixture on the tortillas.
Cover with some of the cheese.
Keep layering until all ingredients have been used. Cheese should cover the upper layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
