We were listening to the evening news tonight. A story came on about a little boy who rode his bicycle to school one day last week. Once he got to school, he was hauled into the principal's office "for breaking the rules". Yep, that kid was a B--A--A--A--D--D--D Kid!!! He had a license tag of the U.S. flag on the back of his bike. Just TERRIBLE!!!
I kid you not! The principal suspended the little boy from school for the next TWO WEEKS for displaying some American pride on his bike in a public school zone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is some good news on this front. The "crime and punishment" was taken to the school board. The board members determined that the principal went overboard on this one. The boy was allowed to return to school right away. The morning that he was allowed to return, he rode his bike again but he was not alone. Instead, about 2 dozen adults waving their American flags as they rode their motorcycles, escorted the little guy to his school!!!
Hmmm...wonder what the principal and the other idiots who are against Americans for flying American flags thought about that???
