Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C. milk
2 tsp. yellow mustard (not the spice. This is for hot dogs, etc)
1 16-oz. bag frozen broccoli florets or chopped broccoli, thawed
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups COOKED rice (optional)
1/3 C. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter, melted
Stir the soup, milk, mustard, broccoli, cheese and rice (optional)in a medium mixing bowl. Place the mixture into a 1 1/2-qt. casserole dish.
Mix the bread crumbs with the butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
