Sweet Potato (Yam) Casserole

4-5 sweet potatoes or yams, baked

1/2 stick butter or margarine

2 cups pecans

4 bananas, sliced

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.

Place the baked sweet potatoes into a large bowl. Add butter. Mash until smooth.

Layer half of the sweet potatoes (yams), 1 cup of the pecans and 2 sliced pecans.

Repeat these layers one time.

Cover with the marshmallows.

Bake until browned, approximately 10-15 minutes.
